Pros

Guidehouse is global. It was newly formed in the last five years. But, it has deep roots in the world of consulting. It recently acquired Navigant which added to its broad range of services.

Cons

It is large. Very big. You get a sense of community from your immediate team (which could change often). Hard to understand fully the entire company's operation.

Pros

Very few - some people are very friendly, pay is decent

Cons

So many. You'll get bait and switched for both title and role you're staffed for on a project. Micromanagement, incompetent managers, and poor/stressful work life balance. There's a reason so many people have left and are continuing to leave. Here, if you take a few days off, it's looked down on.
