Pros

Highly entrepreneurial, collaborative and dynamic LS European leadership team in 2020 that has a track record of developing future leaders and delivering high impact strategic projects for clients. Dramatic growth in LS EU practice to build a team from 20 to +50 in less than 3 years was a rocket ship of a journey. High calibre leadership team was developed in London and expanded to Berlin which has developed a successful highly productive consulting team.

Cons

Trust broken by US HQ post Guidehouse acquisition - vast majority of LS leadership team in Europe has resigned in 2020 leaving a rudderless ship - be very wary of joining Guidehouse in London until situation is resolved with new leadership team installed. Guidehouse acquisition of Navigant has radically altered the corporate culture contributing to 1 Partner, 7 Directors and 3 Associate Directors resigning in 2020 despite EU business hitting revenue targets.
