      They have good infrastructure inside. Monthly Rewards and Recognitions.

      Pros

      Other employees were nice, decent opportunities for growth, average pay for the industry.

      Cons

      While not bad for consulting standards, the work culture could be negative, with a lack of recognition and occasionally very long hours. Employees were often expected to fill their own hours, which is an unnecessary stressor (to their credit, this is commonplace in consulting).
