Good place to start a career. There are a lot of different types of projects available where you can gain a lot of experience or exposure in a short amount of time.

Cons

Company is experiencing growing pains with internal operations and systems. The future is unpredictable, since it's part owned by a PE firm. Executives don't seem to understand the value of diversity and inclusion nor do they really openly discuss race. Often heard generic responses to check the box by stating support for their employee resource groups. Competitors and other consulting firms are having bold conversations where diversity and inclusion is deeply woven into the fabric of the culture.

I've been given a lot of responsibility early on.

Cons

I don't have very many cons thus far....perhaps feeling siloed to a sub-practice to an extent, but management has been receptive.
