Operations and IT is a mess

Pros

Talented people at the Managing Consultant, Sr. and Consultant level.

Cons

Leadership at the Partner level and C level needs an overhaul. People are being rewarded for bad behavior and leaders are in positions that they did not earn. A large group of Managing Directors were handed the title of Partner when the company switched to new classes. Some of these new Partners struggle to lead or grow small teams. Operations and IT are not what you would expect. IT does not have the support or the people we need to be taken seriously as a leader in global consulting. Segment leaders in a few areas are enablers of bad behavior and support leaders who should not be with the firm. Lack of strategy as a brand. High attrition across the firm.
