Pros
Very challenging work - even for someone with 10+ years of professional experience but that’s definitely something that I’m enjoying. You won’t be bored when you work at Guidehouse. High bar for all teams - you’ll be held to a high standard of work to exceed here but that also means that your team is great and is willing to go the extra mile to put out top notch work. Space to grow - plenty of upward mobility and careers development. Managers are supportive but you’ll have to do the work to grow here. Management listens and adapts - really appreciate how upper management is adapting their business to keep employees happy and engaged
