      Pros

      The culture and the pay is much better than I found at other consulting companies I've worked. The leadership appears to live by the values they promote. There's a big emphasis on a positive, collaborative, and friendly culture that aims for excellence.

      Cons

      Company is still experiencing quite a bit of change with the departure from PwC and acquisition of Navigant. Internal systems, processes and applications frequently experience wrinkles that need to be ironed out.

      Pros

      Small teams work great within their specific groups, and it is the people we work with day to day that make it tolerable. There is also a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      The business units of the joined entities seems to be hurting from an organizational standpoint. Executives do not seem to be working towards a "one firm" feel, but rather all merged entities seem to be encouraged to "outdo" the other in order to stand above the other. Quality seems to be taking a back seat to quantity.
