      Pros

      Cares about their people; second to none benefits package; amazing culture that embraces all people willing to out-perform; great PTO policy; open door policy with project leadership; competitive salary; and lots of opportunity to build your experience and background

      Cons

      Client site employees can at times not be available to dial-into or participate in-person company meetings and not enough is done to work around those challenges. Internal firm employees have more visibility with the Practice Leadership. Brand is still new and needs to be stronger, but that will come in time. Also being that it's a new brand, there are lots of changes constantly.
