Pros

Well structured and organized company with a clear promotion ladder. They don't bother you with too much silly company mandated documenting/trainings and will be a positive Prescence in your growth in well being instead of other consulting companies that will be completely abscent

Cons

Relatively low pay for people with lower yoe

Pros

It was fun to move from project to project, but when you were stuck on a bad project, it really sucked. Some of the worse projects were with clients that were very unorganized and lacked communication so a lot of things got lost in translation. Other projects, with more sophisticated clients ran very smoothly.

Cons

Seems like you are never considered a full time regular employee. Once there are no more projects, they "bench" you for a certain period of time, and when that time expires, you are on your own again back out into the job market looking for work,
