      Pros

      Work from home due to covid19. However you are gonna work for almost 15 hrs without any additional pay. Good for them

      The team management is the worst for "PDS" as I know. Not sure about other teams. People are resigning and also absconding every single day, yet they are not gonna talk about the reason behind that and simply recruiting the next batch. Not sure when they are going to understand it is not the problem with employee's but with the TL s or the Manager. TL's will connect with you or contact you only if you are not meeting the target. There no concept called team work. Also no appreciation. No proper training or assistance for new joiners. They never heard of work life balance. The pay is average as considering to other good companies.
