Pros
As an employee from support function, this management is doing their job really well. Recently (2020-2021) they have updated pay scales to match with the market. We can build a good relationship with the management. And moreover all employees have their say upon any type of discriminations.
Cons
They have almost everything up-to-date, except laptops with SSD. Multi-tasking with their laptops is like a dream.
