Helpful performance reviews, sted long term because of opportunities for growth

Some departments are great supervisors and managers, others have terrible ones. Unfortunately, I was in the latter and they would give you extra work not related to your department in order to make themselves look good. Our supervisor and manager was over 3 teams and when they took over the medicaid and support teams, people left and instead of replacing them with new employees they try to “crosstrain” but give no extra pay for the extra responsibilities and still wonder why people are leaving. Other companies pay much more.
