Pros

Great pay Hybrid work Achievable targets

Cons

They tell you that everyone is really approachable and nice and you can voice your problem. The buddy and PM I was assigned to were very rude and I voiced my opinion to the head. Biggest mistake. Since then I was bashed left and right for everything, and for the same things others were talked nice to. I was performing well and had good numbers for a new joiner, still they fired me citing the reason that I have a slow learning curve, for their personal agenda. The HRs though nice have no authority. It all depends on whether the senior management and your manager like you or not.

Cons

Micromanagement: high performers are promoted to management positions, but some of them clearly lack the social and emotional intelligence required for this role Pressure High turnover, they fire people if they don't reach KPIs Very repetitive and boring job

Pros

Guidepoint is an excellent company for those who are eager to learn, grow professionally, and be part of a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment. The company culture is supportive and collaborative, and the team is always willing to help. Management is approachable and invested in employee development. Training is thorough, and you get exposure to a wide range of industries and professionals. It’s a great place to develop strong communication, project management, and critical thinking skills

Cons

The pace can be fast, especially when deadlines are tight, but it’s part of the learning experience. Time management is key. Advice to Management: Continue investing in employee development and maintaining the positive culture. It's what makes Guidepoint a great place to work.
