Pros

Theres great teamwork within teams and Great camaraderie amongst different team. Theres no politics within the office so its an excellent company to kickstart your career and hone your soft skills. The managers are friendly and new joiners have the opportunity to grow and learn without fear of backlash.

Cons

Promotion/growth is quite flat as compared to bigger companies. There are several tiers now which increases promotion opportunity as compared to previous years. Your work will involve contacting experts or clients, which might take place after office hours. The management doesn't enforce overtime, but this will inevitably spill over into personal time.

- Great starting salary in London and great commission - Learn about all industries - Fun regular work socials with team (drinks, sports teams, team lunches etc) - Regular training opportunities - Work hard, play hard mentality - Will be promoted based on merit if you work hard and get stuck in

Cons

- Can sometimes work over time (+1/2 hours every so often), but it is a commission based role so you get out what you put in - Experience can vary depending on what team you join
