OT is not the problem. Everybody knows ENS industry have to OT all the time. It’s the people there that only does politics and care about their kingdom. If you are a new joiner please be careful of the woman who will keep on asking you is everything good because the moment you tell her everyone will know what your complains are about the company.

- work on lots of projects of different natures - great team morale and support - flexible workplace and very understanding - good working hours

Cons

- very results based but that’s the role you sign up for so know that going into it. It can be very rewarding!
