Pros

People here are very welcoming and friendly, with a close-knitted culture. Everyone comes from very diverse backgrounds and nationalities and we mingle with one another really well as we embrace the multicultural dynamics. There is open communication with one another and trust between colleagues and managers as well as autonomy. Work life balance is pretty good and the compensation is fairly remunerated.
