You have the opportunity to closely collaborate with senior management and climb the corporate ladder if you are a committed team member. It's a great place to start a career and take on a lot of responsibilities at a young age.

Cons

Entry level is somewhat repetitive work. Need to be persistent and comfortable cold calling people to really succeed at the role.
