Pros

Very good environment to learn how to work. Progressive and safe space for people of colour, LGBTQI+ people. Some interesting perks are provided. Full remote position. Good office premises, snacks and coffee provided.

Cons

6-month bonus is indeed an incentive, but still not satisfying. Career path quite limited considering the career paths on other positions. The company is not really taking care of the coordinators' development needs considering their contribution to the company. Your mental wellbeing at work highly depends on your manager.
