Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoy your role and feel that it provides an opportunity to learn about several different industries. Employees in entry-level roles also have the opportunity move up into client-facing roles over time. For better transparency and understanding of the organization and the career-growth process, you may confer with your team lead, who is always available to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. We encourage you to take part in open communication as it is a part of our company culture.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you are enjoying working at Guidepoint. Work-life balance is important to us and fits into our “work hard, play hard” culture. While our entry-level roles do involve finding experts for a variety of projects on a daily basis, employees in these roles gain exposure to several industries, including healthcare, finance, energy and industrials, technology and media, and consumer goods and services. Beyond entry-level, employees also have the opportunity to move up into client-facing roles in the career-growth process, so you having something to strive toward in future roles.

Pros

The people that work here are the best part. Good work- life balance. Hr has a lot of events to bring some life into the office. Also convenient location right by Grand Central.

Cons

It can get pretty boring and quiet.
