Cons

Pros

Guidepoint has great benefits and programs for their employees. There's a great sense of camaraderie on the teams as well. You can expect your day-to-day to vary which keeps things fresh and exciting. The Sales Director is by far the best sales boss you will have in your sales career. He will show you the ropes and make sure you're equipped with what you need to get after it without micromanaging your every move. If you need something from other teams or are having a hard time with anything, he has an open door and will make sure he helps to get the job done.

Cons

No work from home flexibility.
