My Head of School was flexible with regard to the required first year of training. Staff were able to complete this training on-site during regular paid hours. This was unusual.

Cons

They expected employee's to pay for their additional training in Chicago including housing. This training lasted approximately three weeks. In addition, I was surprised that a Montessori school would want to have such a large class size. It felt as though making money was more of a priority than quality education.
