The kids are always a joy to teach and it’s fulfilling to watch their growth every day!

Cons

Administration demonstrates limited genuine care for students, and the Head of School at my campus often appeared distracted, unprofessional, and dismissive rather than supportive. Leadership tends to show favoritism, handle situations inconsistently, and shift responsibility onto staff instead of taking accountability. This creates an unwelcoming and unprofessional environment that makes it difficult for staff to feel supported or valued.
