This company is wonderful. There are truly tons of opportunities for all kinds of growth for all positions and tons of support. There are a lot of resources and a lot of help. Clear expectations and guidelines and stay with job description. Great company with a great history and the staff are all happy and friendly. We all even go out sometimes as a group

Wish we had an elementary Guidepost here at the Brooklyn location!

The children here are educated in the real Montessori way, making working with children so much easier. Not only that but the satisfaction of seeing how much the children grow in your environment is beyond words.

Cons

My environment is quite small for 8 children but we make it work for the children’s benefit.

There is so much support and opportunity for growth. I love coming to work everyday. I'm so happy to be a part of this Community.

Cons

At first the All Year Round seemed tiring but now I realize it's nice to be able to take vacation when I want to, not when I have to.
