As a member of a school leadership team, there is a fantastic foundation of support from our head office. While my position is high-volume, high-energy, and very demanding, the feeling I get from our school support team is one filled with kindness, respect, and eagerness to help. Guidepost Montessori holds its employees to high standards of performance, professionalism, and respect, but provides outstanding training and support. The Assistant Head of School position interacts with staff, children, and parents to best support the needs of the community.

Cons

I've realized that it's normal and an expectation work very long hours, but they're all worth it.

Working at Guidepost has been an amazing experience for me thus far. There is an overwhelming amount of support and I truly feel that we although there are many different Guidepost schools across the world, we are all one big community!

Cons

Honestly, there are no cons that I can think of.

Again, professionalism. They make sure you have all the resources, tools and support you need in order to perform at your best.

Cons

Can't think of cons. When work may get a little overwhelming they will jump in to help. They care about the staff as much as they do about the children and their families.
