It's been 4 months since I have started working at Guidepost Montessori and I love the positive environment and friendly staff providing high quality authentic Montessori education.

Pros

I have just began working for Guidepost Montessori and I am absolutely in love with their mission and company culture. It truly feels like a company that is set out to make a difference in education and in the world. Everyone I have interacted with thus far is highly passionate, hard working and excited about the work we do for the children and their families. It really feels like a dream job.

Cons

Let me start out by saying, I waited for this job all summer because I was so excited that it is a new company and I aligned with the mission so perfectly. I have experience with small companies so I felt prepared for the slow release of information and the willingness to give and receive feedback to make processes better. It doesn't bother me much but if someone wasn't used to a new company, it could be frustrating at times. That being said, Guidepost's central team is improving quickly and working hard to make everything clear, have new employees well trained and are super open to feedback. So, barely a con really.
