I have been working at Guidepost Montessori past 4 months. I am happy that I am having a such wonderful experience working with all the lead guide and with management. Lead guide & assistant guide work so hard with each and every child towards academically and their positive behavior of a child. All I can say Friendly & Caring environment is a key of success of Guidepost Montessori.

Guidepost Montessori cares so much about their guides, children, and families. They invest in each individual to help them achieve great things for our communities. They also ensure that you have support and guidance to help you reach your full potential, both at the corporate and campus level. My Head of School, Suzanne, has been so helpful and kind in guiding me, supporting me, and empowering me to become the best I can be for the children and families in my community. I feel so privileged to work for such an outstanding company!

There is so much support and opportunity for growth. I love coming to work everyday. I'm so happy to be a part of this Community.

Cons

At first the All Year Round seemed tiring but now I realize it's nice to be able to take vacation when I want to, not when I have to.
