      Pros

      Rational decision making, honest customer communications, and a great culture make this a place worth making a career. People and relationships are valued highly. We tend to avoid the death marches that are typical in a lot of Silicon Vally companies, and think rationally about how to deal with problems.

      Cons

      Growth poses a challenge as we have to service more and more customers and deal with a larger set of products and services. The pressure is somewhat higher following our recent IPO.

      *Great culture and values *CEO focused on company culture and values *Stable company with start up feel *Great Management/Leadership *Great People (Co-workers) This place has a great culture. When hiring, mgmt evaluate if new hires will add the the culture and values in place. This continues to make GW a dynamic place to work.

      Cons

      *Starting to grow systems and infrastructure in the G&A areas. Not truly a CON, but just growing pains of any company of this size.
