      Great compensation Incredibly helpful co-workers who go out of their way to help you when you have an issue Clear definition for how to move up in the company Interesting projects that change often Oppurtunities to change your role in the company Working on tools that make a real difference to our clients

      Need to travel every week (if you are in professional services) Some gaps in the documentation we use on a daily basis

      Great Colleagues to work with. Very knowledgeable and willing to help each other. Excellent Product line. Passionate Product Development team. Setting benchmarks in P&C industry. Ample opportunities for Career Growth.

      Lot of travel. Sometimes difficult to balance personal/work life. Recent layoffs created panic in the company
