Pros

If you are a musician, you will feel comfortable with the atmosphere. It's like being at a band practice, but with no beer and horrible musicians. It is easy going, and does not require any actual music knowledge to get hired.

Cons

New pay structure is completely unfair, new associates don't make any commission for the first 90 days, but are expected to sell just as much as the veterans. The company is so in debt that they can barely keep enough staff to run the store properly. The schedule is a joke, with some gaps where there is no department coverage at all. The "managers" are just as clueless as their untrained employees.
