Pros

Employee discount was pretty good, you get items at cost-price meaning you pay what the store pays for the product. For the most part the employees and management were genuinely friendly and well-meaning people.

Cons

They encourage the "Make the sale at all costs." attitude, pay was pretty bad, even with the commission. Management kind of turned their backs on me when I told them about a senior salesman stealing my sale on a $700 bass and gave the guy a slap on the wrist.

Pros

Good attention, very friendly environment

Cons

I don't recommend to buy audio equipment here. And without guarantee you lose everything within your first 30 days. Customer service doesn't help at all. What the store has to say means more than the customer. We had no say.

Pros

You get to work around the gear you love, and very talented musicians. The new CEO is awesome. Can be very fun.

Cons

Management hierarchy, pay system, workplace politics. Issues with not enough payroll. Sometimes you have crazy customers. Musicians are inherently weird.
