Pros

No sales commission caps Comprehensive benefits package includes insurance, paid vacation, employee discounts, 401k High potential for advancement due to company growth Unique, fun company culture

Cons

Very few salary or decent hourly wages available. Compensation beyond minimum wage is almost entirely based on sales performance in stores. Non-sales/support positions offer pay well below the standard in retaiil. This is a company where your pay and advancement are very much based on your sales skills. For some this means great bonuses. For many it creates instability.

Pros

Great benefits, great employee discounts and a pretty easy to use scheduleing system.

Cons

Assistant Managers are requiered to do most of the GM's job and still be expected to write the highest numbers in the store. Your made to feel like a traitor if you don't sell enough of thier "questionable" Pro Coverage plans.
