Pros

Most positions are remote/ work from home

Cons

Since the change in upper customer service management, employees are starting to feel more like numbers than valued individuals. Gulf Winds once had a family like atmosphere, but that has faded. There is no distinction in pay or bonuses between high performers and lazy employees who put in minimal effort.

Pros

The only pro was remote work once they sold to private equity. The whole vibe changed and they no longer cared about the employees at all.

Cons

Disorganized, no clear direction, left poor managers in leadership roles
