- Gained valuable experience in my field - Teamwork and culture were generally strong - Some managers were supportive and transparent

- Severance packages were not applied consistently. Despite having the same role and length of service as others, I was not offered any severance while colleagues in similar situations were. - HR communication during offboarding was unclear and left me with unanswered questions over 3 times. - Lack of transparency in company policies regarding layoffs and severance made the situation feel unfair and disorganized.
