Weekends off, holidays off, early start time 630am, weekly Pay (it’s not much after benefits and taxes it comes out to $600 with 40 hours that you won’t get but one week a month)
Cons
- Inconsistent hours: you will Not get a full 40 hours a week - low pay : $18.50 when other companies offer more - Hidden fees on paycheck: will charge $15 out of each pay check for uniforms but you will never get them. Won’t tell you about that charge either, Says they Offer “safety bonuses” on job description, but never gives them. - Horrible management: Will deny pto after giving notice, will suspend you without pay for no reason (going to HR to report unsafe situations they’ll put you through for example) expects you to bend to their will at any time no matter what plans you have. Will give all the hours to the Truck drivers, sends them out to pick ups and transfers and send you home so you’re short hours and won’t care if you try to defend you and your financial situation. DO NOT WORK HERE !
