The best part of having worked in the Branch Support Center by far is the people. Even though I was just an administrator shoved off in the corner of an office, I was never made to feel unimportant or less valued. I would say my immediate co-workers made special effort to make me feel appreciated.

Cons

The corporate office was very small for a nationwide company. Even though I felt that I had much more to contribute to the company, I knew it would be several years at least before I could move into a position of greater responsibility. Also, only two female branch managers (of sixty-odd branches)! I'm sure there were many capable female office administrators that could have been promoted.
