Great CEO. Great people in the HR department.

Cons

Middle Managers are simply a mouthpiece for the family. Micromanaged to an extreme level. Does not share success with the employees. Extremely greedy.

Poor Compensation, Expensive Healthcare, Micromanagement, Back-Stabbing leadership. Extremely poor forward looking vision.
