Great CEO. Great people in the HR department.

Cons

Middle Managers are simply a mouthpiece for the family. Micromanaged to an extreme level. Does not share success with the employees. Extremely greedy.

Constant work is the only positive things I can say

Cons

Micro-managed, no "real" lunch break, eat at your desk and made to answer calls and take care of customers. No "real" sick time, the PTO accruement is a joke at best. Demeaned in front of coworkers and customers
