Great company to work for. From management down to inside personnel to delivery. Everyone gets along, works in unison to better our customer's experience.

Cons

None that I can say at this time. I am excited to go to work each and every day, new experiences and challenges.

Pros

My managers have my back, encourage me to learn, provide me with an abundance of training as needed and if I have a desire for more, and they support me. They truly invest in their people and understand that without us, there would be no Gulfeagle Supply. The people I work with are the highlight of working here...I look forward to coming to work every day. The family-oriented culture is awesome.

Cons

The benefits have much to be desired. Health insurance is expensive, and you don't get sick time or vacation time until you hit a year (unless you are in management)...not cool.

Pros

Professional company with very strong leadership. Employees are valued through bonus programs and educational opportunities to grow in our industry. Salespeople, warehouse workers, and drivers are all important parts of the team. New equipment in the branches and team atmosphere in the salespeople. This is a growing company with a lot of excitement and a bright future.

Cons

Not much. Along with growth comes growing pains as employees get promoted into new positions and mix their past experiences with new opportunities. Perfect for someone looking to come aboard.
