There is tremendous opportunity at this company for the self-motivated. The hours expected are reasonable and flexible. The company is growing so much that the office space has now been maxed out and will need too be expanded soon.

Cons

Unfortunately there is a tremendous amount of very dead/old wood in the highest levels of management. Laziness abounds, but that may be where the opportunity lies. Annual raises are very nominal with no ability for anything merit related. The company is family-owned and managed, but the family members for the most part are very uninvolved and only show up when their personal schedule permits, which is both good and bad. They should replace with qualified individuals who are committed full-time and not just when it is convenient.
