      -Rewarding working with the children. -Great coworkers -Fun work environment -Supportive supervisors

      Cons

      -Under payed -Dealing with aggressive behaviors, emotionally draining at times -Do not get 40 hours/week -5 PTO days, only 3 sick days for the entire year even though you're working closely with children. -Operations is out of touch with actual clinic happenings and dynamic.

      It's a great job if you love helping children, the BCBAs are amazing and everyone is very helpful.

      Cons

      it can be overwhelming if you are not familiar with working with children on the spectrum.
