Pros

Good low/mid-level team and mgmt. Flexible schedule. Good healthcare plans, but limited options. Management communicates appreciation and is supportive of the overall team.

Cons

Culture from senior management comes across as nepotistic and cliquey. Favoritism is present, although it may be inadvertent. Management tells you one thing and does another. Company has a mindset that employees should be grateful to have a job and be thankful for even being there. Doing more work at same pay is casted as a career opportunity. Hours can be tough.
