Old-school politics as to be expected in a vintage aerospace company, but plenty of exposure to senior management if you are personable and perform well. No one confined to their department; flexible work shifts (standard four tens for most) plus available overtime. Great exposure to aerospace supplier companies. Strong commitment to safety.
