Pros

The salary compared to local area is good, they provide good benefits, a safe, clean work area, and are a stable employer relative to aerospace industry as a whole.

Cons

Limited opportunity for advancement at satellite locations (outside Savannah). If you don't work at the parent site, you are a second class citizen within the company, with pay and opportunity accordingly. They do promote from within, but not as a rule.

Pros

Great variety of work including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on many different types of aircraft. Challenging avionics and cabin entertainment install projects. Very knowlegeable technicians.

Cons

Now longer in buisness in Minneapolis. Decision to cease operations due to slow sales left many loyal customers without local service. Poor communication about layoffs and decision to close the facility.
