      Pros

      Good pay for the area. Always plenty of work to do. Always looking ahead to future products. Industry segment leader in technology.

      Cons

      Reliance on overtime and schedule driven. Hard to have good work / life balance in some positions. Top management can be too involved in details that should be entrusted to directors, managers or leads. IT and computer systems are behind the times, but have been improving with the latest CIO.
