Cons

Overhires employees. Not enough space/work of the amount of people then does major layoffs

Pros

Great work environment, excellent working teams, management listens and assist when needed, very interesting work, paid day is every week and great benefits.

Cons

no telecommuting policy, you can work from home but only as needed and but not on a regular basis, for example if the service repair person is coming then you can work from home otherwise cheeks in seats. Not a lot of career advancement opportunities, they need to have career ladders so workers can see where and how they can move in the company.

Pros

Good pay and prestigious brand.

Cons

Changed from family oriented to full Corporate. Will only promote buddies and good ole boys. Sexist stay away. Only still working there until I find something better. Terrible moral. Terrible leadership skills. Stay away you won't be happy.
