      The benefits are better than any place I have worked before. Cutting edge research and development. Great facilities that supply the newest equipment.

      Current state of the aerospace market could lead to potential employee cutbacks. Some groups within the company have potential for a toxic environment.

      Pros

      I was given the privelige to work here at Gulfstream as a Materials Handler. It was for only a short time, but it taught me three major factors for life, which are: resonsiblity, honesty, and integrity. If I ever got the chance to go back there, I'd have open arms.

      Cons

      At Gulfstream, there were not so many downsides. But if I can remember a few it would be working as a contract employee.man

      Good benefits, nice coworkers, family alike working environment, generous budget. Great family day, offsite event, Halloween party, retirement party, year-end event; active employee community.

      Cons

      Fired 2K+ people last year. And it's a narrow world of white/male only for C level.
