      . Great working environment . Good pay . Descent Benefits . Military Appreciated

      Cons

      . Leadership manipulates employees by instilling fear. . Blatant nepotism . Higher Education is not considered or appreciated by some. . Favoritism is also blatant. . Diversity only at the bottom. The majority of the leadership are local Caucasian men who share the same values and beliefs. Anything deviating from that is not welcome. That goes for other Caucasian or race for that matter. . This results to an unhappy and unwelcoming work environment for many.

      I like the city, The company has good benefits, The schedule is convenient it is a four days a week schedule 10 hours per day first shift

      Cons

      Policies are always changing. The first five hours of overtime are non-pay. Overtime is restricted I don't know what else to say

      Great reward for hard work- plenty of training, good insurance, freedom to move about the company when established.

      Cons

      Good Ole boy mentality, clicks in which you "have "to belong, I was there 16 years and let go without reason or notice. Narrow minded management that has old school policies- manage with fear
