      Pros

      I really enjoy the people I work with and meet around the company. It really feels like a big family. Toxic people are recognized fairly quickly and dealt with. Many employees have been there a very long time and have valuable knowledge and wisdom to share in all fields.

      Cons

      I hope they make some big changes soon to attract young talent and keep it. The workforce seems to be much older and I worry about the future of the company. They need to improve their work/life balance and incentives to attract the next generation of employees.
