Pros

Good management team with strong integrity. Have a true, deep desire for the employees and their betterment. Their is also a desire to better the community.

Cons

The company goes through cycles. With each new product introduced and the elimination of the product being replaced, revenues drop. This normally leads to reductions in the labor force until the market settles back to a normal. This also creates a lot of tension and stress on the employees.

Pros

Great product. Global Presence. Good pay and benefits. Smart engineers.

Cons

Poor Mid-level managers with tunnel views and very politics. A lot of Sr. Managers are red necks grew up locally and even do NOT have a college degree. Poor location, small town.
