      this is a great place to work, a lot of interesting projects, and the benefits are very good

      Pros

      Great company to work for when it came to job security. Worked plenty of OT in production.

      Cons

      Don't tell management if you accept another position in the company, especially as a contractor. You will most likely get fired because production doesn't like to let people go to service center or flight test. Don't say no to working, they hold contractors by strings and will fire you for no reason. Contractors are treated poorly but work much harder then most directs.

      Pros

      Gulfstream has hands down the coolest product! Company is investing in product research and development to continue to outpace their competitors in the market.

      Cons

      A lot of locals who work their way into positions of middle management who really have no clue how to run a business. The IT team is severly lacking, and under investment in IT spend has caught up with them.
